Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time, your deposit will go toward your next appointment ONE time. After your first cancellation, a new deposit will be required for booking after each cancellation. If you are 15 minutes late, you are considered a no-show. All no-call, no-shows will be charged 50% of the service that was booked.
